How I define Trusting Your Nature:
A woman who trusts her nature feels safe to ask for what she needs
She knows she has a lot to bring to the table and chooses not to exhaust herself while tending to everyone else’s needs before her own.
She prioritises her mental health and attunes to her nervous system, taking the time to ground herself before saying ‘yes’ to important decisions or committing to new responsibilities.
She’s unapologetic about her needs, acknowledges her capacity, and feels confident making requests for support, also inviting others to step into shared responsibility.
She feels worthy and deserving of being met in her relationships and her work, and is happy to walk away from anything or anyone who can’t meet her with clarity and self-respect.

I used to feel powerless

8 years ago, after a global project with the United Nations, I found myself constantly exhausted, stuck in cycles of fear, doubt, anxiety, and self-criticism, and felt totally out of control of my life. I burned myself out from overextending.
Now I help female regenerative leaders transform their nervous system patterning from self-sacrifice into empowered sovereignty. Supporting you to be in choice about what you say ‘yes’ to, so you have more energy to offer your purpose in the service of life.
As a certified Somatic Experiencing® Therapist, IFS Informed Therapist, and L4 Authentic Relating Facilitator in training with ART International. I weave these disciplines together to equip you with tools to attune to your nervous system needs, learn what safety in the body feels like, and use tried and tested language to express this reality to another. Spoken in away that is graceful and caring so that you can be received in your requests.
