Take a look inside our 3-month intensive curriculum.

  • Learn to recognise how your body responds to stress, closeness, and conflict, and what it’s asking for in those moments. Build the capacity to stay present with yourself and others, rather than bracing, collapsing, or overriding your own signals.

  • Identify the subtle ways you manage harmony by shrinking, over-functioning, or going quiet. Bring these patterns into awareness so you can choose a connection that doesn’t cost you your voice.

  • Clarify what you actually need, emotionally, practically, and relationally, rather than defaulting to what others expect through nervous system awareness. Practise choosing yourself without guilt, defensiveness, or the fear of being “too much.”

  • Notice where you’re carrying responsibility that isn’t yours to hold. Learn how to ask, receive, and delegate in ways that build trust, reciprocity, and shared ownership.

  • Strengthen your capacity to speak honestly even when it feels uncomfortable or risky. Learn to express yourself without overexplaining, softening, or abandoning your truth to stay safe.

  • Shift your relationship to conflict from something to avoid into a doorway for deeper connection. Develop skills to stay grounded, curious, and self-led in moments of disagreement or repair.

  • Anchor your sense of worth internally rather than through approval, performance, or self-sacrifice. Move through the world with clearer boundaries, steadier confidence, and a felt sense of I matter.

  • This container is 3 months. You’ll want to carve out an additional 1.5 - 2 hours a week for homework assignments.

  • Each session will be 2 hours long, which includes mini breaks.

  • I Matter is a great complement to 1-on-1 coaching. This is because it supports you in meeting your parts while having a community committed to practicing these skills with.

    1-on-1 coaching is incredibly supportive when attending to your personal needs and is tailored made for your personal journey.

    In 1-on 1-coaching I will support you to face and work through your repetitive behaviours that show up in relationship with both Somatic Experiencing® Therapy tools and Authentic Relating.

  • Getting honest with ourselves, and others takes practice. In Authentic Relating we “Welcome Everything”. The parts that feel good, and the parts that might bring discomfort.

    Part of this practice is attuning to what you need and feeling safe to express them. So if you notice that you don’t feel comfortable with an exercise - you're welcome to adapt it to something that feels more supportive or skip it altogether.

  • The sessions will be run by Nicole Bosky, an Authentic Relating L4 facilitator and certified Somatic Experiencing Therapist.

    Occasionally, there will be guest facilitators from within her extended community.

  • The container is 3 months (12 weeks long), and the investment is $2,500. Installment plans are available, assuming your application has been approved.
